Winds may be strong enough to generate light amounts of blowing dust that could raise particulate levels in parts of the Panhandle, but probably not enough to raise the daily AQI beyond the "Good" range. Elsewhere, moderate to strong winds and/or low incoming background levels should help to keep air quality in the "Good" range.
