Air stagnation with poor dispersion has increased fine particulate levels in much of the Houston area this morning and could allow the daily PM2.5 AQI to reach "Moderate" today, but concentrations should decrease this afternoon. Elsewhere in the state, moderate winds and low incoming background levels should help to keep air quality in the "Good" range.
