Strong winds in the afternoon and evening may generate blowing dust in the El Paso area that could possibly raise PM10 into the "Moderate" range, with highest concentrations in the late afternoon and evening. Elsewhere, moderate winds, cool temperatures, and/or low incoming background levels should help to keep air quality in the "Good" range.
