Winds may be strong enough to generate light amounts of blowing dust in parts of West Texas and the Panhandle, but probably not enough to raise PM10 beyond the "Good" range. Elsewhere, moderate winds and/or low incoming background levels should help to keep air quality in the "Good" range.
