Title

Tuesday 02/28/12

Brief

Strong winds may cause intense blowing dust in parts of far West Texas and the Panhandle, including the El Paso, Lubbock, and Midland-Odessa areas and could raise the daily PM10 AQI to "Moderate" or possibly higher levels with highest concentrations this afternoon and into the early evening. Elsewhere in the state, moderate winds and low incoming background levels should help to keep air quality in the "Good" range.
