Title
Saturday 03/17/12
Brief
Winds may be strong enough to generate blowing dust in far West Texas, including the El Paso area, that could possibly raise PM10 levels to the "Moderate" range with highest concentrations in the late afternoon and evening. Smoke from agricultural burning in Mexico and Central America may return to South Texas, resulting in slightly increase fine particulate levels, though smoke production appears too light at this time to raise the daily AQI beyond the "Good" range. Elsewhere in the state, moderate to strong winds, increased cloud cover, and low incoming background levels should help to keep air quality in the "Good" range.
