If incoming background levels are high enough, winds may be light enough and afternoon temperatures warm enough for ozone to reach "Moderate" or possibly higher levels on the north and northeast side of the Houston area. Elsewhere in the state, cool morning temperatures and moderate afternoon winds should help to keep air quality in the "Good" range.
