Winds may be light enough for ozone to reach "Moderate" or possibly higher levels on the east and southeast side of the Houston area and in the Beaumont-Port Arthur area in the afternoon and early evening. Elsewhere in the state, moderate winds should help to keep air quality in the "Good" range.
