Winds may be light enough and afternoon temperatures warm enough for ozone to reach "Moderate" or possibly higher levels on the south and southwest side of the Houston area and "Moderate" levels over much of Central, North Central, and East Texas, and the Coastal Bend area with highest concentrations in the afternoon and early evening. Elsewhere in the state, moderate winds and lower background levels should help to keep air quality in the "Good" range.
