Incoming background levels may be high enough for ozone to reach "Moderate" levels on the south and southeast side of the Houston area and in the Dallas-Fort Worth, San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi, and Beaumont-Port Arthur areas with highest concentrations in the afternoon and early evening. Elsewhere in the state air quality should be in the "Good" range.
